Terms & Conditions for phtaya.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtaya. ("phtaya.," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phtaya.onl ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use phtaya., you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phtaya. or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phtaya. or by any regulatory authority.

phtaya. reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each eligible person may register only one account on phtaya. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. phtaya. is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify phtaya. support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account, regardless of your relationship with that person.

phtaya. will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from phtaya. that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All transactions on phtaya. are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits directly; any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as applicable processing times, are published in the Finance / Wallet section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your phtaya. account , unless phtaya. expressly approves an alternative method in writing.
• You must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated in the Finance / Wallet section. phtaya. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• phtaya. reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

Deposits made to your phtaya. account are held in a segregated player funds account. phtaya. does not use player funds for operational expenses. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit transaction through your payment provider while retaining the benefit of that deposit on the Platform constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities.

All games available on phtaya. use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by phtaya., the player, or any third party. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Game results displayed on your screen are final once confirmed by the phtaya. server. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the phtaya. server, the server record shall prevail. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact support within 72 hours of the disputed game round.

The following conduct in relation to gameplay is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any strategy or system that phtaya. determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of the Platform or its game mechanics.

phtaya. may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, or other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• phtaya. reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the offer is being abused or where circumstances require.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

phtaya. is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. As part of this commitment, phtaya. provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays the duration of your current session and your net gaming position at regular intervals.

phtaya. reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including deposit limits or temporary suspension, on any account where the Platform identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

In addition to the specific prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using phtaya.:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any account other than your own.
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or disruptive software to or through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtaya. staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without phtaya.'s prior written consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that phtaya. determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, its players, or its reputation.

All content on the phtaya. Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, audio, and video — is the property of phtaya. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any phtaya. intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.

phtaya.'s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya. account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phtaya. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At phtaya.'s sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the Platform or its players.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.

phtaya. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phtaya. will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered email address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phtaya. support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phtaya. will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
